MODULAR BATERY SYSTEM In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike.
Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful E-BIKE frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.
FULL INTEGRATED BATTERY The Full Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch\'s battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike\'s downtube.
ADVANCE INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.
Simply put, you can go faster and harder with better handling and stronger wheels.
That\'s the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows wider flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting on shifting accuracy or drivetrain efficiency.
BOOST148 A wider hub makes a stiffer wheel, and a stiffer wheel means better handling.
The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.
The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures.
The first form is to ensure an accurate layup.
ADVANCED TWIN MOLD With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames.
A low leverage ratio and linear compression rate are the technical way of saying that these bikes are very sensitive to trail obstacles, whilst remaining insensitive to pedal-induced bob and giving a full range of travel.
