She is author of Grace: A Journey from Betrayal to Healing and co-author of two books on conflict resolution. She is a founding member of (Cast C) of the international musical "Up With People," and has worked in the business arena where she was awarded the prestigious Willis Harman Award by the World Business Academy. She is founder of Up on the Mountain, an organization for teens at risk and is co-founder of the For the One Organization whose purpose is to help remove walls of separation and promote global healing. She is an accomplished composer and professional classical singer. Skilled in Conflict Resolution techniques, as of 1996 when she was given the name Jeanne White Eagle by Native American mystic, Joseph Rael, she has followed a vision that has taken her husband, John Pehrson, and herself around the world, often into war zones and other areas of deep conflict. With the use of Sound, Movement and the Open Heart Process, a process designed to help resolve conflict, she and her husband have become Ambassadors for worldwide peace. (In 2009, a biography of Jeanne and John was released, called Journey for the One by Monty Joynes.)
