Ultimately, Scozzaro\'s poem ventures: as the world swerves violently to the right, how does lyric respond to harm both at home and away? "Marnie claims to be an expos that reveals nothing, but really it reveals everything and shapes this everything into a wondrous polyphony.
As such this poem is an experiment in different forms and genres interrupted and mismanaged, a deranged m lange of short epic and pastoral and a biopsy of the confessional form.
Marnie is the lyric remainder of being entirely obliterated and prodigiously disorientated across England and elsewhere.
