These are my truths..
It\'s how you deal with every opportunity presented that makes you who you are.
No one leaves this life without having experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows.
Some chapters are personal memoirs; others are my views of topics that I find interesting or for which I have a passion.
Just like my life, there is humor and also tragedy.
What you\'ll find between these covers is a voyeuristic peek into the journey of a flawed, complicated human being who has found a way to not only survive but thrive.
My life is a journey, not a destination.
Unpacking this complex and beautiful mind has taken me through some valleys, but keeping it all stuffed in my head has been detrimental to my wholeness.
I think of myself as a Pack rat in that my mind crams itself with thoughts and one-sided conversations and beliefs I\'ve created based on my own experiences.
But until we\'re courageous enough to share our truths...to bare our souls...we can\'t be fully authentic in how we live in the world.
