About the Author Kat Seney-Williams is a Single Parent Support Coordinator for Care for the Family. She coordinates care for the Care for the Family\'s Take a Break single parent action holidays and has held single parent focus groups around the UK, whilst undertaking a single parent research project. Kat became a single parent nearly 10 years ago after being married for 15 years and has experienced every stage of the single parent journey. She is mother to two grown-up children and became a grandparent last year. Surviving and Thriving on the Single Parent Journey is Kat\'s first book with Lion Books.
