The quotation has fundamental implications for both history and theology because it explains exactly what the pharaoh of the Exodus was, the destruction that the Israelites wrought Upon the Egyptians, why the Tabernacle was constructed, and why the Biblical Exodus started.
The quotation appears to be two separate accounts, from both the Egyptian and the Israelite perspective, of a conference in Egypt, discussing the way in which the Biblical Exodus should be oganized.
