Jens Blauert , Dr.-Ing., Dr.-Tech. h.c., is emeritus professor of Acoustics and Electrical Engineering at the Ruhr-University Bochum (RUB) in Bochum, Germany. He is the founder and former director of RUB\'s Institute of Communication Acoustics.
