I\'m here to tell you, there is hope We\'re going to pull out my recipe card, go through the 7 Principles of Self and get cooking We\'ll start with discovering who you are (self-concept), what you think of yourself (self-respect), and how much you appreciate the Lady you are (self-love). After that, we\'ll speak about putting things into motion (self-esteem and self-motivation) and understanding your purpose (self-confidence and self-worth). It is the combination of these 7 principles of self-discovery that will set the foundation for Becoming a Lady of Purpose. CJ Fortson has been teaching the 7 Principles of Self through her Inner Beauty Formula study since 2004. Despite the hardships of her life, she has endured through the strength of God to become a teacher of purpose. She formed a ministry called The Sheltering Tree Ministries in Lubbock, Texas where she worked closely with woman of all backgrounds as they walked through many of her same trials- physical abuse, divorce, and becoming a widow. Today, she continues mentoring women through her ministry. CJ currently lives in north-central Texas with her husband David.
