We are so grateful for all the people who walked with us and agreed to the assignment they were to play in this journey.
When we are told it takes a village to raise a child there is much truth in that.
This book is Jonathan\'s and our family\'s Journey of Faith Through Legg-Calve Perthes disease.
I wrote for about 3 hours and his book was born!! Inspired still by the Holy Spirit, I asked Jonathan to illustrate each page.
One night while I was sleeping I was awakened by the Holy Spirit and told to get a pen and paper and He would download Jonathan\'s book.
Little did I know that was exactly what I was to do, write his story.
I nodded my head and agreed that would make a good book.
Towards the end of Jonathan\'s journey, he asked me to write a book about his experience.
The process to get to the end is very disturbing and heart wrenching for the child and the family.
The good news about this Disease is it has a good prognosis.
He went from an athletic child prodigy to a little boy bound by A-frames and/or a wheelchair while his Disease progressed.
