Through the years he has shared his experiences with Universities, Colleges, Synagogues and public outlets, including magazines, newspapers and radio interviews.
He was called upon to assist with the initial fund-raising campaign and did so with great success.
In 1995, he was one of the six Liberators chose for the annual candle-lighting on the Day of Remembrance at the Capitol Rotunda.

Curt\'s unit came upon all the horrors of war, including brutal Concentration Camp settings, leading to his unit being Recognized as Liberators of the Muhldorf sub-Camp of the main Dachau Concentration Camp in May of 1945.
