All standard food chemistry topics are covered at some point in the book, but perhaps not in the order that other food chemistry texts do.
In each chapter we find out what is in each food, right down to the molecular level.
The Text has six chapters that correspond to the progress of a meal: beverages and condiments, appetizers, salad, main course, dessert.
The Student Text is offered separately for teachers and parents who are teaching multiple students and would like each Student to have their own copy of the text.
