About the Author Vincent Chetail, Professor of International Law, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies Dr. Vincent Chetail is Professor of International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva), Head of the International Law Department, Director of the Global Migration Centre and Editor-in-Chief of Refugee Survey Quarterly (OUP). He has published numerous books and articles on international law and migration.
