Exploring this gap, expert author Jon-Arild Johannessen continues his research on knowledge management with the groundwork for a new philosophy. About the Author Jon-Arild Johannessen holds a Master of Science from Oslo University in History, and a Ph.D. from Stockholm University in Systemic Thinking. He is currently a professor (full) in Leadership at Kristiania University College, Oslo, and Nord University, Norway.
