She\'s co-authored articles in professional journals as well as the book Investigating Harassment and Discrimination Complaints.
Early in her career, Jan taught psychology at the undergraduate and graduate levels and has also presented programs in areas such as coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence, diversity, and creating a respectful workplace to her business and nonprofit clients and to professional organizations, including the ICF Coaching Chapters, the American Bar Association, and the American Psychological Association.
She also mentors coaches for professional ICF certification.
Through her coaching and consulting practices, she partners with Leaders to develop them, grow their teams, and establish thriving cultures.
To grow the impact of coaching, Jan is dedicated to establishing coaching as a core leadership competency.
Since 2014, she\'s served as the chair of Vistage Peer Advisory Boards, and is a Master Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
