She has dealt With depression and other mental health setbacks throughout her life and attributes the bike for showing her she can change her thoughts from fear-based to positive in order to keep moving forward.

Lindsey knows firsthand how Mountain Biking can change (and save) lives.
Of all her wild life experiences (like being a {short-lived} Reality TV star on the CBS TV show: Survivor-Africa) it was Mountain Biking that taught Lindsey life is about CREATING yourself, not finding yourself.
In 2010 Lindsey Richter founded Ladies AllRide, a Mountain bike skills program dedicated to inspiring women to believe in themselves and realize what they\'re capable of on and off the bike.
