Chef Suzi is well-known as a chef consultant on the East Coast, her food has been sold in Whole Foods, and her recipes are utilized in kitchens from Texas to Massachusetts. In addition to her professional culinary experience, Chef Suzi studied behavioral science with a special interest in medical applications of lifestyle intervention. Prior to moving to Boston, Chef Suzi worked as the outcomes research and education specialist at a major hospital group. A native of Washington, DC, she is an itinerant cultural explorer, traveling the world studying fashions and flavors, and observing the relationship between food, behavior, and health in countries such as Peru, Germany, India, Spain, Turkey, and Australia.
