Steven E.
Runge has a BA in Speech Communication from Western Washington University, a master of theological studies degree in biblical languages from Trinity Western Seminary in Langley, B.C., Canada, and a Doctor of Literature degree in biblical languages, supervised by Christo Van der Merwe, from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Steve presently serves as a Research Associate in the Department of Ancient Studies at the University of Stellenbosch, as Director of the Lexham Research Institute, and as Scholar-in-Residence at Logos Bible Software. He is author of Discourse Grammar of the
Greek New Testament: A Practical Introduction for Teaching and
Exegesis and the High Definition Commentaries series, with volumes on Romans, Philippians, and James. He has also developed the Lexham Discourse
Greek New Testament and the Lexham High Definition New Testament and coedited the Lexham Discourse Hebrew Bible and Lexham High Definition Old Testament. Christopher J. Fresch (PhD, University of Cambridge) teaches biblical languages and Old Testament at Bible College of South Australia, an affiliated college of the Australian College of Theology. His research focuses on
Greek and Hebrew languages, linguistics, and the Septuagint.
