I accept Your offer to forgive me and to give me life that lasts forever.
I truly believe that Your Son Jesus died to take the punishment I deserved because of my sins.
You can tell Him in a prayer like this: " Dear God, I admit that I\'ve sinned many times.
Then you need to accept God\'s offer to let Jesus be your substitute--the one who took the punishment for your sins.
For this to happen and for your sins to be forgiven, you must first agree with God that you have sinned.
And He wants you to live forever with Him in heaven someday.
God wants you to be a member of His family so He can help you make good choices and do and say the right things each day.
After Jesus died for us He came back to life and a few weeks later He returned to heaven. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son [to die for us], that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).
But the God who created us in the first place loves us-- including one-of-a-Kind you! --so much that He sent His perfect Son Jesus to earth to take our punishment and pay the penalty for our sins that we could never pay.
Even worse, there\'s no way we could ever repay God to make up for our disobedience and sins.
God knows all there is to know about you--what you look like, your personality, your sense of humor--everything! How cool is that! But that means God also knows everything --including the bad things you do and say! In fact, the Bible says that since we all have done bad things--called "sins"--there are very serious consequences.
He never has to use the same ones twice.
God is such a wise Creator that He designed a different set for each person.
No one even has fingerprints exactly like yours.
From the top of your head down to your toes, no one else looks exactly like you.
No one else talks like you and thinks like you.
You\'re already special and unique, every day of the year.
