A place where untold riches are revealed to those who seek.
The anticipation of the camaraderie experienced among good friends, or the simple joy experienced while alone, sharing with your soul the silence and remoteness of a place I call, "God\'s Cathedral".
I offer my thoughts, and I expect the vast majority of bowhunters will agree with my reasons for going afield with bow and arrow.
The term is applied to man, woman, or child, without identifying the goal which will make their hunt a success. "Bowhunter" more closely defines a human seeking any number of things encountered while exploring open spaces.
The hunter is seeking- as an animal hunts for food. "Hunter" is a word that implies a living entity looking for something of perceived value, normally hidden, or lost, that must be sought after.
When I do any of these things, I realize that I am truly a guest inside God\'s Cathedral, and thankfulness overwhelms me.
It is impossible to canoe a remote river, camp for an evening on a northern lake, or walk through deep woods without feeling His presence.
