The simplest way to understand the concept is that the transmitter will send music wirelessly from any source device fitted with USB, headphone socket or RCA line out to the Active speakers within 25 metres of the source device..
Up-to three different zones can be used with one transmitter and as many Active wireless speakers as needed can be added.
Once turned on the Active speakers are paired with the transmitter at the press of a button.
However the audio analogue input also allows any stereo analogue audio source to be fed via the transmitter to the wireless speakers.
The computer will identify the wireless USB transmitter as a USB headset and send music through digitally to the Active loudspeakers.
Once connected to your source device it will send the audio signal to the loudspeakers providing CD quality sound.
Is it complicated to set up? Not at all, the easiest way to send music wirelessly around the home is to connect the transmitter directly to your PC or MAC via the USB plug.
