Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddha, Dala -Lama...
Now, I can finally share the lessons I\'ve l.
I always knew that my mission was to help others.
So almost seven years ago, I quit everything, packed a backpack, and jumped on a plane to continue my spiritual quest.
For years, I dreamt of traveling the world.
I faithfully followed the signs in life, listened to my heart and my intuition...
I write every day for five weeks, and thus, "Listen to your heart and live your dreams!" materializes.
The inspiration comes from somewhere else and spreads words across my paper.
I feel an intense desire growing within me: to help many people live their dreams, improve their health, and discover the tools to be happier and serene! Suddenly, the writing of my first book is imposed upon me.
As I sit on the terrace, I contemplate a red sunset on the horizon...
I find myself in a lovely wooden villa facing the Caribbean Sea.
Frederic, how did you end up writing books? It\'s May 27, 2013.
