Along with her move to Marin County California came single parenthood and a full-time teaching career.
She returned to the San Francisco area in the early 1980\'s.
She was married and had two small sons when Bianca moved to the Midwest and spent some time in both the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and in Cincinnati, Ohio.
After several years in Northern California, Bianca moved to LA.
Upon graduation from Hofstra University and a year of teaching high school English, she ventured to the San Francisco area.

In September of 2010 she was declared symptom-free of the disease by the neurologist.
Symptoms gradually abated.
