This Fitness program will give you a glimpse of how strong and committed you must be to endure elite Special Operations training.
Then repeat a slightly different variation for seven more days.
Finish off each evening with a ruck march.
Continue on with a prescribed number of calisthenic exercises throughout your work or school day.
Complete a cross-training workout, a self-defense cardio kickboxing session, and a swim each morning before breakfast.
